The department of biotechnology was established in 2014 at Women University of AJ&K, Bagh. In the department, BS (Hons), M.Sc. and M.Phil program have been offered. The department provides a vision to the students to participate and excel in the emergent field of biotechnology. The study programs are designed to understand important scientific challenges by means of advanced technologies in the light of local, regional, and global needs.
