Registrar Office

The Office of the Registrar is an academic and administrative service unit, reporting to the Vice Chancellor. The office owns the services of experienced and talented staff. In collaboration with the Office of Deputy Registrar, Assistant Registrar, Admissions office and Office of the student affairs, the Office of the Registrar provides services and information to students, faculty, staff, and other constituencies. The Registrar's Office strives to maintain the balance between administrative matters and provision of quality education while exploring, developing and utilizing strengths and opportunities. Office of the Registrar core functions include: academic records and transcripts; certificates and diplomas; classroom and event scheduling; degree certification; enrollment and registration; grade collection and recording; fee classification; student athlete and veterans certification; transfer credit processing; and university curriculum. In addition, we lead internal, cross unit, and institution-wide initiatives.
