The event of Eid Milad Un Nabi was celebrated in Youth Development Centre on 06 Oct 2023. Inter departmental Naat competition was held in this event. Students of different departments participated in this event. Event started with recitation of Holy Quran. After recitation Director of Student Affairs give introductory session about the event of Eid Milad un Nabi. After introductory session of DSA competition started. Two judges (Misbah Saba from Department of Education and Shumaila Alam from department of Islamic Studies) were invited to observe the competitors. All students performed very well. Three students get final Prizes. Samman Qayadat a student from Biotechnology Department got First Position, Zoya Baig a student from IR Department got Second position and Sabina Ali a student from CS&IT Department got Third position. One Guest Speaker Mrs.Humaira Waheed from department of Islamic Studies was also invited as a guest speaker. She beautifully described different aspects of the life of Holly Prophet (PBUH). At the end Dr.Tahira Batool (Controller of Examination) , Dr.Shazia Khatoon (Director of Student Affairs) and Dr.Sadia Mumtaz (Director Academics) distributed the Certificates among position holders, hosts and Organizers of the event. The event was ended on Dua.
