Self Institutional Performance Evaluation (IPE) and Post Graduate Program Review (PGPR) on June 28-29, 2021   2021/06/30

Directorate of Quality Enhancement Cell, Women University of Azad Jammu & Kashmir Bagh organized Self Institutional Performance Evaluation (IPE) and Post Graduate Program Review (PGPR) on June 28-29, 2021. Panel for IPE and PGPR comprises one external and three internal members. IPE and PGPR Panel arrived at 9am in the Women University of AJ&K Bagh and met with the honourable Vice Chancellor, Women University of AJ&K Bagh. Dr Asia Bibi (Director QEC, Women University of AJ&K Bagh) welcomed and thanked all the panel members. Before start of review process, recitation of some verses from the Holy Quran was done by Dr. Sharafat Hussain (Deputy Director QEC) and panel was briefed about University rules, statutes and IPE and PGPR by the Director QEC. The Panel reviewed all the files and standards on the basis of eleven IPE standards and PGPR format provided by HEC and compiled report. During review process, Panel members appreciated the efforts made by the QEC Directorate to uplift the University. The Director QEC appreciated and applauded the efforts made by Worthy Vice Chancellor during the reporting period in the development of academic and administrative activities. He wholeheartedly supported the QEC in necessary activities and functions that is why the University is improving Day by Day. Review was ended with the compilation of reports and final remarks of Director QEC. She thanks all the panel members for their fruitful suggestions and QEC staff for their hard work. At the end the Panel visited Vice Chancellor office for exit meeting and reported the Vice Chancellor about the entire review process and highlighted the strengths and deficiencies observed during the whole process.
